The Good Word

Dear Pastors:

I am writing this letter to request your support with a new Christian publication that is coming to Indianapolis and surrounding counties. Our target date to launch The Good Word is March 2, 2007.

The Good Word is a non denominational publication that is distributed FREE. It is a two page publication that can be received via facsimile, e-mail and will have an extended version on our website (currently under construction). Additionally, the corporate sponsor and advertisers will be able to have a direct link from our website to their website.

We have put together a special package for churches that sign up to receive The Good Word via fax or e-mail. Churches will receive the following web services at no cost:

&        A direct link to your church website for wider accessibility

&        Opportunity to post special events on our website calendar for community-   

                        wide visibility

&       Opportunity to post any job opportunities you may have for community-wide distribution

&       All businesses that your church signs up for the Christian Business Network listing on our website, 10% ($20.00) will be given back to your church as a tithe and a $5.00 offering will be donated by The Good Word.

Further, we invite you to submit words of inspiration to the special section, From the Pulpit. You and your members are also invited to submit a Daily Devotional, snip-it’s for Holy Humor, Christian Signs of the Times, any prayer request, as well as personal testimonies. It is our desire to use this publication as a witnessing tool and pray that someone that does not know Christ will see it and seek steps towards salvation.

We now have over 10,000 recipients with an ultimate goal of at least 20,000 in the City of Indianapolis and surrounding cities and counties. Please complete the Registration Form enclosed and return to us so that we may include you in the distribution list. We would be grateful if you would assist our efforts of spreading The Good Word by including the Registration Form in your weekly or monthly bulletin and/or post it in your church.
